2 This home is a fantastic location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it can be in significant need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Earlier reviews talked about the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. And so the house obtained lots of sand in it.We experienced a terrific time!
